When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by 31 December 2026, once per invitation. If you need to make changes, let us know! We can accommodate RSVP later, but given the limited availability of accommodation on the island, it will be much easier for us to plan ahead if we know by end of 2026.
Is there a wedding registry?
No. We’re so grateful to have you celebrate with us in Kasos! Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. If you’d like to give a gift, you’re welcome to contribute to our honeymoon via Revolut (@foivosts) or any other way you want. It’s completely optional.
Where is Kasos?
Kasos lies between Crete and Karpathos, at the southern end of the Dodecanese. It’s a quiet island with traditional villages, clear blue water and delicious local food.
Do I need to rent a car?
You’ll need a car if you stay outside Fry or want to explore the island. We’ve arranged a rate of €30 per day for wedding guests with Oasis car rental.
What’s the weather like on Kasos in early September?
Kasos is usually warm and sunny in early September, with temperatures around 30°C (86°F) during the day and 23°C (73°F) at night. Some days can be hotter, so pack light clothes, sunscreen and a hat, plus a light layer for windy evenings.
Are children welcome?
Yes! Please let us know if you’re bringing children and include their names in your RSVP.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM, and the reception starts at 7:00 PM.
What should I wear?
Dress for a summer wedding. Light suits, dresses, or dressy trousers and a shirt work well. Choose light fabrics and comfortable shoes for the beach reception. Don’t forget your swimsuits. There’ll be plenty of time to enjoy the beach, sea and sunshine.
Will there be shuttles for the wedding?
We’ll do our best to fit everyone on the shuttles to and from the church and reception. Kasos is a very small island with only a few shuttles available to rent, so it would be a big help if you could bring or rent a car. Pickup locations and times are still to be confirmed.
